# MiniCPM OCR

> An independent document recognition service based on OpenBMB MiniCPM-OCR 1.0. Not an official OpenBMB or ModelBest website.

Operator and deployment: we independently deploy and operate the website on Cloudflare Workers, with D1 application data and private R2 document storage. OCR inference currently uses the ModelBest API through our server; the model weights are not self-hosted on our Cloudflare infrastructure.

The workspace recognizes images and unlocked PDFs. Choosing Recognize sends the file through this site to ModelBest. Example documents are prepared samples and stay in the browser. One free document of up to 3 pages does not require an account. Additional recognition uses credits, one credit per page. Launch prices: Pro $19/month or $190/year for 4,000 pages each month; Business $79/month or $790/year for 20,000; Enterprise $299/month or $2,990/year for 80,000. These are the actual checkout prices, 50% of the planned standard prices. Subscriptions renew at the same launch rate until cancelled. Unused monthly pages do not roll over. Annual plans release credits monthly. No developer API is sold.
